NOED need a buff if MoM, adrenaline and Ds still exist
Noed need to be stop beign a hex perk, to become a normal perk. I really dont care if babys dont like this idea, but the game need this urgently to stop the GODS Perks survivors. Dont try to change my mind, just come to say you (bad word), left your salt, and have a good night.

Nah, we just need the super fast gen times to be addressed, then most killers will be good.

you want to get Gen-rushed, because that's how you get Gen-rushed.. (ok you get anyways.. but that's another problem)

NOED should be base kit and gen times needs a fix.
NOED however is fine in the totem form.

No. NOED is a crutch when used outside of a devious end game build. I got a lot better when I stopped using it. Base build would encourage a lot of lazy play styles. Get better at mind games and prediction if you rely on NOED.
That said, Remember me, NOED, Blood Warden, and Rancor make for a really fun, and rude surprise at the end of a match where you toyed with the survivors.

O.o why buff NOED? Its so much fun when the survivors genrush me as X Y or Z killer and then when they head for the gate ... It was in this moment the survivors knew..they fooked up.. And POW u take a few of them out. Heck theres some games id run an end game build as nurse with no addons and wen they got 2 gens left id sit outside one of the gates and wait with glee and anticapation at the surprise that was held in store for them
