Sounds for Killers & Survivors

For some reason when i play survivor the sounds are much much louder like i can hear my teammates so much clearer and hear them breathe. But when i play killer it's still not as the same as it used to be way back then when you could hear much better. I have no clue if this is a bug or not or if they meant to do this.
