Does only 1 blade bug for legion?

If I only use filthy or nasty, not combined, will it still glitch for survivors?

No, only running both causes the hits to stack. Running one is fine, which is odd, but it may just be a bug with the mechanic of it. So just don't bring both if you're worried about making Survivors mend for five minutes.

Yes it will, it just takes longer for it to reach a mend time of 2 years. Filthy Blade alone takes around 4 or 5 frenzy hits before it gets unbearable
