How do you feel about The Plague?

I honestly did not mind this killer, she was ok, not weak or annoying nor OP. Today I encountered a couple of Plagues and I realized that her red power is actually very strong, if the killer is good you have very little room for counterplay. The thing is, you can deny her power by not drinking at the fountains but that keeps you injured and sick the whole game. Meh

What do you think about it?
