I just took a look into this icon mod and I'm absolutely amazed how it looks like. This guy should work for you BHVR, his icons are just awesome. Best icon pack I saw so far.

BHVR should implement a skin system as seen in games like rust or a texture pack system similar to Minecraft and then offer these icon packs for a small charge and give like 40-60% to the creator.
