Nurse frustrations

I play on PS4, not sure if it makes a difference, but why is it that when I blink the nurse will very often get stuck behind objects she should be able to penetrate? I’m talking about going up or down a level in a house, or even worse through a brick wall (MacMillan estate) and wooden boxes? I must be doing something wrong because sometimes she will morph through and sometimes she just gets stuck. Please enlighten me!?

Don't forget to slightly look up as you teleport, or you may very likely get stuck rather oftenly.

It just takes a lot of practice. Make sure you are not looking at the ground. Sometimes, you have to charge a bit more.
And for the going up or down, there might be some object that you can't blink on, so it will "keep" you in the same level.
