Survivors Camping Exit Gates Now
Does the timer start when the last generator is powered or when an exit gate is open? If the timer starts only when the exit gate is open then survivors will just hide until the killer opens the gates.

The timer starts when an exit gate is open. Since the killer can open the gates (once they are powered), I don't see a problem. It sounds better than how it currently is. With the End Game Collapse, survivors can't hold the game hostage anymore after the gens are done.

That's probably going to be the smart play - wait for the killer open the exit for you.

Well, you can down 1 survivor, open the gate, hook that survivor and get Bloodwarden :)

Still got a solid two minutes and whatever the delay is with a hooked survivor in play after bloodwarden goes up, and you still get an exit opened for you.

I just thought of something. Not only do you have to compete with survivors for the exit gates, but killers can come up and steal your lightbringer too.

There's a very simple solution for that: leave.

@Orion nope. Still would lose lightbringer. Leaving only gives you unbroken (My god this emblem system is stupid)

Sorry, wasn't clear. I mean open the exits yourself and leave.
