when you're not in-game with them*

I was in the main lobby with someone who funny enough was a streamer. I know people can be reported for disgusting, racist comments and that's what this person said in the lobby chat. I quickly took a screenshot, got their steam profile URL and even their twitch link, but my game crashed on me as I was loading into the match so I couldn't report in-game. Can I send this information to someone or is this dude just free?

*And I'm only asking because I DO see some streamers when they encounter this who quickly take a screenshot and report it right away, but they don't do it in-game.

    Submit a customer service ticket (Contact Us) and there is a section for reporting a player and to attach evidence. Hope this helps!
