Doctor's Madness?

While playing matches as the doctor, it seems like I can't put survivors in Madness 3 more than one time? Or maybe a few times and I haven't noticed? After some time I stop gaining all deviousness notifications, including shock, madness tier up, and attack.

When the match is over I usually have 8k points but not always, even though I stop earning deviousness points. Is this a design to prevent killers from constantly afflicting madness? Can you only inflict madness 3 once?

Each Madness and Shock related score event is capped at a certain amount of points. Even if you dont reach the Deviousness cap, you will not receive points for them after that.

From there on, the only way to tell when a Survivor is in T3 Madness is to pay attention to their character's posture and how they run.
