Yeah, so that great new visual where Legion can see even less than a fatigued Nurse, when does that get applied to Blindness effects? Or are Survivors not allowed to be actually blinded?

    Absurd suggestion. It's only a few seconds on Legion. Would be unplayable for longer than that.

    Why does a C- Killer have a huge fatigue and blindness on a B- Power

    When a S+ Killer has a much minor fatigue and slight blindness on a A+ Power
