Reporting a hacker to dbd's support page is actually pointless

Two weeks ago I met a Meg wearing legacy. Out of curiosity I went to check her steam profile and to my surprise she had her profile fully public. So I went to her achievements and her first ever prestige was in August 6 2017. Then I recorded a video of her playing with legacy and me opening her profile page clearly showing achievement dates. I take a note of her SteamID64 and after an hour of waiting for the video to upload on a 1 mbps upload speed I sent them the email containing the proof. After an hour they responded saying "Please use the in-game report". So they expected me after two hours to still be in that freaking scoreboard. This Meg is still not banned.

For the moment, only in game reports work. Also, the only people I hear being banned are the ones who use slurs/nasty language in post-game chat. Hopefully, they're just being quiet about banning as to not cause any drama. Hold out hope that justice will be served!
