Lightborn

Probably one of my favorite perks, to a point I actually hope I get flashlight squads sometimes, yet every time I run it I get survivors messaging me angrily about how it's a bad perk and doesn't help at all. This despite having a consistent winrate while running it and it always doing its job. So what's your opinion on it?

not worth a perk slot considering flashlights are really easy to counter.

I'll agree there's non-perk workarounds, but you can use it offensively. Force pallet drops that'll make survivors greedy for a blind and punish them for it. The amount of hits I've gotten because survivors figure they're close to getting the blind on me and not realize it's not having any effect is shockingly high.

I like Lightborn, it means I can stare straight into the quickly draining hope of the survivors as I close in and kill them to death because they thought I was a easy target.

Yeah it's a waste of a perk slot. In most scenarios Franklins would just be better for the same issue.

@legion_main Only pallets require this perk, to prevent being blinded at it
