Killer: Dave

Backstory: Dave Chase was a regular man. He worked a 9 to 5 job at a local company, went out drinking every now and then, and enjoyed home cooking. His coworkers would often describe him as boring, and lacking in a personality. His life was rather unremarkable until one fateful day. While preparing some tomatoes for his dinner, he accidentally cut himself with his knife. It was at that moment that Dave did something that he has never done before in his life; he swore. The entity took note of the incredible rise in anger in that moment, and none of his coworkers heard from him again, although most of them barely noticed.

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Weapon: Tomato Knife

Ability: Fellow Youth

Your plain appearance and unremarkable personality make it easy for you to go unnoticed in a crowd. You can conceal your weapon, preventing you from attacking, but completely concealing your terror radius. In your undercover stance, you can walk and run, just like survivors, but you can’t crouch. Whenever you switch to the undercover stance, you take on the appearance of a random survivor. Switching between stances takes two seconds.

Perks:

Normal Person, Totally Not The Killer: You’re a normal person, just like the other survivors. Survivor perks that would reveal your location have their ranged shortened by 25%/50%/75%.

“I’m one of you guys, why are you looking at me like that?” -Dave

Crowd Scanning: You have an uncanny ability to pick out people you know in a crowd.. You become obsessed with one survivor. Every time a generator is completed, the aura of your obsession is revealed to you as long as they are within 40/60/80 meters of you. You gain an 8% haste effect for 6/8/10 seconds.

“Hey! Fancy running into you here” -Dave

Talkative: You excel at speaking continuously to those who aren’t listening. The audio of survivors within your terror radius have their audio reduced by 30%/45%/60%. At tier 3, survivors within 12 meters of you are deafened.

“And that’s when the wildest thing happened, I noticed that I was completely out of tomatoes. That meant that I had to drive aaalllll the way back to the grocery store and buy some more. And of course traffic was awful and it took me much longer to get there than it should have. When I finally got there, the parking lot was packed and I had to search for a space for like- hey, are you listening?”

Mori Animation: Dave slowly walks up to a survivor crawling away on their back. Dave accidentally trips and stabs them in the forehead. Dave gets up, removes the knife and says "Oops, sorry about that. That looks like it stings, yikes"
