A question about the basement chest

Does the basement chest have a better items in it, and if not, do you think it should?

    The basement chest is just a chest in the basement. It has the same rates as all other chests, it's just always in one of 2 locations making it a semi reliable tool. Unless the killer offers the "Cut Coin". Then unless any other coins are offered it will be the only chest on the map. So expect a basement set-up on the killer.
