Does Coulrophobia effect Mending speeds? I just thought of this now when I heard someone mention an Anti-heal build.

    Mending is not a healing action (for whatever sense that makes), so no perks that would affect healing don't apply. This could change by the mid chapter patch though as I heard a while ago they were considering turning it into one.
