Kates new dress makes her look like big bird
The picture makes the dress look waaaaay better than in game.

I don't really like it either and I'm a Kate main who collects all her cosmetics. The shirt looks awful, the skirt is nice but doesn't look good with anything but the shirt it goes with and the head is just, ehh. I like the hair and earrings but the makeup kinda ruins it for me. Don't think I'll be running this outfit at all. And I was really thinking I was gonna like it.

And that's a bad thing? I kid, I checked it out and I see what you mean. I was more impressed with Claudette's dress (and her hair!) but I dislike the black part beneath her dress. Still, it was nice to see these dresses! Most of the outfits are pants & top, with a few skirts thrown in for variety.

To fit her theme, the outfit fits perfectly, but when you want cosmetics that can pair up with other cosmetics, then this outfit is not that good. I don't know why it's so hard for them just to make normal clothing and not clothing that has a specific theme. I just want normal outfits for all the characters because the one with themes are the cosmetics that don't really pair up with anything else.

Such a shame that her one and only skirt doesn't really match with her other cosmetics, which sucks because all the other lady survivors have some neat looking skirts.

I really like the head piece of Kate's new cosmetic.
At first I was disgusted by it but with other cosmetics, it really does look neat imo.

The head isn't too too bad on its own but I still just really dislike the makeup.

The top is ok and I like the skirt. The only problem I have with her head is that it makes her look extremely pale and doesn't even look like her.

I don't think it's as classy as hoped with the pieces together, but i like the head piece and I like how the top matches a lot of the bottom pieces she has. These pieces kind create a new character type. I don't really think Kate when I see it, but it adds essentially a new character: The Croupier/Bartender/Exotic Dancer/Cigarette Girl
