Maybe make it so it's easier to get T3 on the character's base perks and also get T2 and T3 on perks you already have T1 on or something? Idk. (Trying to get Adept achievements and I want all T3 perks so it'll be a bit easier)

Or make it so we can get 2 or more perks per bloodweb on higher bloodwebs/prestige.

Just something, the grind is stupidly obnoxious rn and you need to change something please.
