It's time to STOP ignoring hackers and cheaters.
It's time to STOP ignoring reports.
It's time to STOP pretending there is no problem with your game being infested with 2-cent hackers.

It's time to STOP!!!

You have removed the only comfortable way to report hacking (report form) to make it harder on legit players because you're lazy and sloppy.
Fine.
You have no "option" to choose in the in-game report system to report a hacker/cheater, hinting your legit players to not bother you with such reports.
Fine, I guess.
But you also ignore any HACKER reports with your pathetic in game report system EVEN WHEN IT INCLUDES A VIDEO LINK AND A FULL STEAM ID, given to you after a player WASTES their time to help you keep your game hacker-free.

YOU HAVE BEEN IGNORING QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS RAISED BY THE COMMUNITY IN THE RECENT MONTHS IN HOPES THIS PROBLEM WILL DISAPPEAR ON ITS OWN.

But it did NOT, and it's getting WORSE.

It's time to STOP being careless and negligent with your game!

Hire new game masters / moderators to look at report and ban cheaters / hackers with your new moneys from all those cosmetics you are selling at inflated prices and all the money you get from people who love and support your game.

It's time to STOP being shameless money grabbers who don't give a ######### about how serious, easy and prevalent hacking has become!

I feel that with the influx of hackers this is more relevant than ever, so instead of reposting it I'm just gonna bump it.

I'm assuming that because everyone agree with what I wrote no1 wrote any reply...

I don't think I would have written this in such an over the top caps lock aggressive way however I do think that something really needs to be done.

I have put a lot of time into sending reports with both video and screenshot evidence and although I get a very polite reply I see these players are not being dealt with. This basically makes me wonder why I am bothering at all.

Firstly, do not write in caps as it seems you are furiosly shouting it.(I know that you are furious because of this situation) Secondly, the developers will read this post so try to write respectfully as if you were writing a letter to them.

As far as I'm concerned, I haven't played against any cheater but my friends have, as you say, it's needed a ''reporting area'' which contains the ''cheater reports''. The rest is in the developers' hands, I think that one video, one screenshot and a furious player is enough proof to ban a player whom matches consist of any kind of cheating.

Sorry for my English, I'm from Spain.

This post looks so agressive. I even read this in a shouting voice

If it looks aggressive then it's getting it's message across well. I think it's time that the devs used their own perks and WAKE UP. I have met so many hackers and griefers lately in the recent month more than in my entire time playing DbD combined.

I tried posting Q&A questions, I tried asking on the live stream, I tried making posts before - but they simply IGNORE everything. What are we left to do then, other than trying to get attention to this problem in alternative ways?

Hell, I (and many others), legitimate concerned players, was even banned from Steam forums JUST because I posted a LINK to a VIDEO of offending players (didn't even post their details, but the details appeared in the video itself).

I think it's negligent and atrocious that any player can easily "hack" the game. This should not even be possible to begin with - game altering files should be encrypted.
