Is there a point to playing killer at red ranks anymore?
Like with the new rank system and it basically pushing anyone who isn't a loop god surv main out of lower purple to red ranks, Killer has become boring and stressful. LIke I shouldn't have to just play ######### nurse to get 2 kills or tunnel the living ######### out of one person from the get go. Down one player and 2 gens pop, ruin down right away and even if ruin is up 2-3 gens pop'd in the first few mins. Like #########.
Idk im done with killer at this point. sure the old rank system wasn't good but its better than now with longer queue times starting at purple ranks instead of the old were it would start at red ranks. no balance of bad average and great survs players anymore at the high ranks

No there isnt a point minus maybe an ego boost. There is no rewards, killer variance is low and your going to face sirvivours with an average survivour rate of 80%.
Prevent hitting reds by giving the last player hatch. Avoid playing top tier killers.
Normally im all about having players face equal skill level opponents however i cant really argue this if your viable killer options are so small it actively takes away from your enjoyment of the game.

Ya what i basically thought old rank system i was always sitting at rank one and doing fine most games, but now even at rank 5 im getting games where every surv knows exactly how to play swfs or not. its just crazy, never stressed so much on the killers i main back then as i do now. queue times are even longer now. Rank just needs to be removed idk anyone who want to stay at red rank when all you got is nurse and maybe billy and you have to have alot of hours and practice on both to do well

There really isn't a point to playing any role at the higher ranks atm, I don't believe.

there has never been a point to do so in the first place.
you would just be able to run around, telling everyone you did it. thats it.
they really need to implement seasonal rewards!

Ya but now it’s just difficult to play at now since there’s not a spread of bad average and good survs across The ranks and 4 really good survs running the strongest basically wins games

The lobby times are too much for me, so I just stay at purple ranks. It works out since if a 3 man game loads in, I just DC so I don't make them suffer.
