How exactly Calm Spirit works against the Doctor?

Everytime I run Calm Spirit, the Doctor can spot me thought the walls or other objects after the shocking. I don't understand, why this is happening?

What's the benefit of this perk?

Has devs changed it on PTB?

    They may have an add-on for it. Calm Spirit is not really all that good, though.

    Doctors still see the bloodpoints they get for shocking you.

    If your madness level rises theres an addon showing your aura.

    Yep, If they made Calm Spirit as part of Iron Will, everyone would be using Iron Will. But by themselves, No one will use Calm Spirit, but still a lot of people with Iron Will :)
