New Perk Idea

The name is a work is progress but so far I am calling this perk Omnipotence. Omnipotence would be a tracking perk for killer. The perk would operate on a cool down timer like David Tapp's perk "Stake Out". The idea is that after 1 minute of not being in a chase the auras of (1/2/4) survivors are revealed to you. Now I decided that one minute was a fair cool down time as some of the fastest matches last just five minutes. So if the cool down was longer than that by the time it would activate you would have already seen multiple generators go up. Furthermore since powering generators is the only ideal way to escape, a killer that is carefully patrolling generators should start a few chases on their own. Therefore this perk should only activate when there is a lot of time between chases which deprives the killer and survivors of chase points. The reason I mentioned "Stake Out" is because that perk's timer pauses the minute its requirements (terror radius) are not present. Omnipotence would need a similar pause mechanic because if the timer just reset at every chase and the perk was scouted than it could easily be countered. Overall Omnipotence would function as a tracking perk available to all killers in their bloodwebs that helps start chases and keep the game flowing.

I had intended this perk to be a hex perk but I quickly realized that this then ran the risk of being as useless perk. (There's nothing stopping survivors from breaking the totem before it ever triggers.) My main reason for making this a hex perk is so that survivors would receive a notification at the start of a chase.
As for where this perk would be rated I imagine that it would be low-tier overall. The perk helps start chases but once you are in a chase the perk doesn't help you. The number of scenarios where it would actually trigger seem to be rather small but it would be a small boon to grant new players.

There does not need to be more perks that show auras and break stealth regularly. Even if it requires the killer to not be in a chase for a minute, it’d just be an overkill perk to find the first and last survivor. And then be useless.
