Emblems Makes the Game Balanced Around Ruin

This game has always been remotely balanced due to the fact that doing generators was never really a must. People avoided them for the most part because holding M1 is really boring. With emblems however, survivors now feel pressured to do generators causing them to be done way faster than previously seen. I know people will fight me on this but the game is now entirely balanced around ruin and changing the objective of doing generators over to finding the hex totem. It is really the only way to buy any extra time to kill. More often than not, the time it takes to find a survivor at the beginning of the game and down them rather quickly and hook them usually allots time for two generators to already be completed. If you don't wish to camp or tunnel, you can kiss any hopes of pipping that game goodbye. I've always played what I consider to be fair as killer and often only kill one or two survivors because of it with this new emblem system. In the meantime, I guess ruin and thanataphobia are the go-to perks to make a game last more than 10 minutes but it just seems to wrong to have a game balanced around one specific perk. You hardly go a single game without somebody having ruin, and the ones who don't typically fail.
(Remember this is just a game... I don't want this to become a flame war. This is just something I've noticed and would really like to see improvised. I'm a survivor main myself and I openly vouch for each side ofthe spectrum when things seem unbalanced.)

I think Gen rushes have been a think since 2016 as BNP is totally a thing. I love emblem feature as it encourages you to dabble in all aspects of the game but rewards you for playing a style that suits you.
