I played Wraith to try out his new buff, but I found that it isn't working. Wraith still can't attack straight away after cancelling his cloak animation. If he just taps it then he doesn't have to wait, but if he charges most of the way then there's a delay. I was really looking forward to the mindgames I could do with this, as I thought that was the reason for the change. Can a dev confirm that this is a bug, or did I misinterpret his change in the latest patch?
