Idea for Moris

Since the devs might integrate Moris in a different way, i would like to propose the possibility to Mori a survivor who was downed 3 or 4 times. This would reward killers which successfully hunt and down a survivor several times, but doesn´t gets to hook, since DS, Flashlights, Body Blocks, Sabotage and Insta heals "steal" him his deserved hook.

This would also give killers a reason to not dodge 4x SWF with 4 flashlights.
