Time to start negotiating for Jason.
With Ghostface here I think its time the devs start thinkong about getting Jason in the game. F13 is dead, lawsuits will hopefully blow over and Jason can be brought to DBD where he belongs hopefully by year 4 or 5

this has been discussed. and it's probably not going to happen, due to how toxic that liscensing is atm.
There are some that hold out hope that we can get the mom from the original. Which I think would be a really cool killer. we need an obsessed parent killer. It's a missing trope.

Would be awesome for Chapter 13 haha. Either way, the devs said they'd love to have him in the game so my hope isn't dead.

Nah, he'd just get ruined because of how Survivor-favored this game is. At least he has somewhat a chance in F13.

I'd love to bring Jason into this game! It would perfect for Chapter 13.
That said, his license is very litigious and complicated right now.

Both sides have to be in talks right now because why else wouldn't Horror Inc. not choose to appeal? They have more money than Miller and could force him into financial distress with a lengthy drawn-out appeal leaving him with no option but to enter into an one-sided deal with Horror Inc.

He’s kinda supposed to get “killed”. Have you not seen any F13 movie? The F13 game was basically trying to simulate the movies. Jason gets killed and then comes back to life or is hinted to still be alive some time later.

I don’t think that you’ve been following the legal case. The appeal was refiled, and it will be 2-4 years before it goes to court. Nothing will change before the case goes to trial, and additional filings after that could go on for years. For now, Friday the 13th is not a viable franchise.
