Map Tunnels - a way to buff slower killers
Ever played Pacman, and noticed how you can go through one side of the screen and appear at the other? Now think of having a small gate like that on larger maps, that allows limited transport from one side to another. The killer would be able to travel through it freely, while survivors would create a noise notification if running, and a survivor would be blocked from traveling back through it for 10s.
This would allow a killer (let's say trapper for example) to travel from one side of a big map like that one autohaven wreckers or the old swamp map in an instant, allowing slower killers the opportunity to apply greater map pressure.
Suvrivors would also have the opportunity to sneak through these tunnels and get to the other side of the map undetected (entering wouldn't have any noise but exiting would, so upon exiting as the killer or survivor, perhaps an entity like scratching is heard etc)
Just a suggestion and there's plenty of room for improvement. Obviously this is more to boost low map pressure killers such as trapper however
Edit: my way of thinking for how this would be implemented is akin to having a vault location on the ends of a walls at the ends of the map. except that vault would transport you to the other side of the map.

Generally the slower killers are the stronger killers in the game so I'm confused as to why you want to buff them in particular only.

There should be one-time killer-only "vaults", such as walls that the killer can break down and go through or something like that
More or less accomplishes the same thing as what you suggest if the path it opens is big enough, for example on Gas Heaven in the big wall of cars

The trapper is a 115% killer and have traps, he only need buffs to he's traps..
And the slower one are strong, spirit, hag, huntress etc

That is using a very rare addon, not Spirit at base. Also, even with that addon she still isn't better than nurse much less "OP".

Not a Good idea IMO , and here is a tip if you are having trouble controlling large maps as a killer apply your pressure over a side of the map forcing gens to be closer together

The idea is to introduce a killer buff, which benefits low mobile killer more than high mobile ones. Of course they would get some more mobility as well, but it would affect them less than low mobile ones, because they already have a good mobility to begin with.

I recommended something like this awhile back. Basically my idea was to have 2 hatches(one on each end of the map) that the killer can hop in & climb out of the other for mobility. There’d be a cooldown on this obviously. Also they are only usable by the killer.

@Blueberry I agree. Prayer beads is fine, and far less OP than an omegablink Nurse or 5 blink. It's got counterplay. It can be quite oppressive sometimes, but not OP.
And Spirits base is great, the perfect balanced base all killers need.

We're talking about base move speed killers, not their literal distance covered using their abilities.

And spine chill> prayerbeads... spine chill can be used every game where as prayer beads will run out and most spirits dont use them anyways... I've never used em and i have like 30 something of em... I mainly use the green comb and green shoes

The tunnels could disallow people with strong m2 attacks (seeing people's concern at the start). I like this idea, though! c:

Wow that's almost the same suggestion I did a few months ago, but in my case I said portals instead of tunnels. I received a lot of negativity on the comments lol, I'm glad you are getting more positivity. Upvote!!

The issue with this is it that the buff will affect the already strong killers better then the weaker ones, so I wouldn't like this idea to be implemented

How about a new map? An indoor airport terminal with “moving sidewalks” all around. If people like it, find a way to put moving sidewalks in other maps as well.

Nurse - Doesn't need this to go across the map
Billy - doesn't need this to go across the map
huntress - doesn't need this, but would benefit her
Hag - doesn't need this to go across the map
spirit - doesn't need this to cross the map.
The arguably 5 most powerful killers in the game would gain next to no benefit from this. a hag might for allowing her to set up traps around the map easier, but if anything i think that would be a QOL change.
Micheal, Trapper, Clown ie killers with no movement ability or ability to attack from a distance would benefit hugely.
