Battle- or Seasonpass?
So I seen a picture for a battle pass yesterday, unfortunatly I can't upload it right now because I'm at work. Does anyone know if it's from the dev build or fake?
The picture contained the levels from 21 to 31 maybe someone have it and know the source.

I hope to hell and back that it's fake. This game's already struggling in many areas and going full-on EA is to ask for its demise.

It's just about earning cosmetics that are already in the game from the picture what if seen and there is a free version too, in the paid version you only got 500 shards once an 5000 bp so far away from giving you any ingame advantage

There's only a single game out there that do Battle Passes right and that's (regrettably) Fortnite, since you can earn enough premium currency in a single Pass to buy a new one "for free".
The rest of the market is following EA and making sure that there's no win for the customer. Behavior Interactive is one of those that'd follow the example of EA without a second thought.

Assuming the picture isn't fake you get two purple cosmetic pieces, two greens and some other stuff I can't remember plus 500 shards and 500 bloodpoints the price makes the use for the costumer, let's say it cost 15$ for a month you would get that money back by the first 20 levels out of 60 assuming to the picture and if the worth of cosmetics is the same every ten levels.
I'm not a big fan of battle passes in general but I don't mind if they implement it if done fair. You're making an assumption about how they would do it without knowing anything about how they would actually do it.
I don't want to argue about the battle pass I just want to know if someone knows if the picture is fake or not.
If it's done how I saw it on the picture it would be a great way to earn cosmetics as a newer player and useless for most player who already bought cosmetics for a lot of characters.

I have no experience with battle passes or season passes, but it sure sounds like some brainiac marketing guy's idea of milking kids who can't do math. Cringy.
BHVR, as soon as DC-ing people start getting banned, I'll start buying cosmetics like mad, seriously. I hope others think this way too. Just please don't waste resources and time on pointless stuff like passes.

@George_Soros Depends on the price and the amount of progress you get by every played match. I'm skeptical myself but i wan't clarification if the picture is fake or not for that reason

Of course I am making an assumption. Like I said, ONE game out of all the ones out there does Battle Passes right and you just blindly believe that Behavior's gonna do it the "right" and "fair" way?
You need to be a realist. IF a Battle Pass is happening, then Behavior's gonna do it the EA way. Its all about milking the cattle and good cattle don't complain.

@se05239 It's not about being realistic or not. I don't even care about how the battle pass will be like if it's a leak I have seen, I'm not forced to buy so is no one else. If the amount of stuff you can earn is worth the money I don't see the issue.
The devs try their best do give us new stuff and I'm okay with as long the battle pass is only about cosmetic rewards. What you're saying isn't realistic it's just pessimistic. Just wait for them to show us the feature if it's even coming and judge from what you see then and even if you don't want it you don't need to buy it

I feel like I have an unpopular opinion here, but I am 💯% down for a battle pass. Or what I'd call it, Pass of Blood (It ain't called BloodPass, because it'll be hard to separate BP (BloodPass) and BP (BloodPoints), so it's BP and PoB).
As long as the skins are like they said before, "Pay to lose," and purely optional, I'm 💯% ok with this idea.

@TheGameZpro3 I'm down for it if it's fair and only optional as you mentioned. Only skins and small amounts of shards and bp so you cant't get a real advantage by just paying money

I don't want to play fortnite or anything even close to fortnite related yea it's just cosmetics but I don't want people farming for the challenges or I DC to happen. 1 year later in DBD 5 year olds start calling peeps in DBD no-skins.

same for me haha just can't remember where I found it. If it stays like this it will be great for new players to earn cosmetics probably cheaper but almost useless for everyone who already bought a lot of cosmetics if you're not getting auric cells for the skins you already earn.

The guy who posted those pictures is known for posting fake stuff.
He even posted a "Leaked" mobile version of DBD with Bill in it, we all know that Bill is staying on PC only

DBD doesn't need junk like this in it. Referenced screenshot looks like a fan made mockup anyways.
