Is this game hostage?
Is it game hostage to put the last survivor in dying state, than activate the endgame and just wait for the end?
I mean it`s really annoying to wait for your death and not be able to do anything. I don`t think this was the intention of the update.
What is your opinion on that topic?

That would be a little silly since they would bleed out before they get sacrificed, but no, it is not bannable because there is a definite end. We only consider it to be holding the game hostage if there is not foreseeable end and the only way out is to disconnect.

No, hostage would be having the game held for 20 minutes or more just to wait for the Killer/Survivor to DC.

Holding the game hostage is when you keep the survivor, or even the killer in a suspended state indefinitely.
This does not count as holding the game hostage as there is an end to the trial, its BMing at best to say but no it isn't what you believe it to be since the longest the EGC can go on for is 4 minutes so the game will end.

This is the killer equivalent of a survivor hiding in a corner who has been downed with all his teammates dead or on their last hook so they can't get off. Yeah, they're wasting the opponent's time, but it has a definite end. The biggest difference is that while the survivor denies the killer points by hiding so he can't get the hook, the killer doesn't deny the survivor points by waiting for EGC to time out but rather denies himself points.

An example would be like if the killer blocked a survivor in the corner with no way out of said corner, than that's holding the game hostage as the survivor can't get out of the corner and can't die since the killer isn't attack them just body blocking them from moving from said spot.
Since no party can do anything the game could go on forever, as for the EGC there will be an end to the trial regardless of what the killer may do once it's activated.

No not bannable.. It was never bannable when the survivors at the end of a match would sit near exit gates and troll around in the map looking for more points.
So what the EGC did, is stop that sort of trolling around by allowing killers to troll the survivors. They flipped the end game for the killer side to allow them to get back at those survivors in the past.
All that pent up anger killers have gathered over time is now being released in a massive gush.
But the flip side is... You only have 4 minutes to sit on the floor and wait now.... either way the match is coming to an end. Question is, does that make that survivor player want to click on "Find Match" or "Exit" once the match is over.
