Question on Pallets!!!

Okay I don't know if I making this up, but can someone tell me, At one point when DBD was first released ( or sometime after give or take) Could Survivors set Pallets back up?

Like if someone used a pallet on a killer, and the killer didn't destroy it, a survivor come back and set the pallet back up.

Was that in the game at one point or another?

    @BLUE_APE There was a clip on YT from the devs that showed the beta for pallet vacuums and they reset it through the dev tools, that may have been where you saw it
