I think he meant gameplay wise. And besides, you can't limit posts on the forum. People can post about whatever they want, regardless of how wasteful of everyone's time it is. I believe such a topic belongs in a "spam section" or a "Forum games" section. (Where post count could not be self inflated so easily.)
The phrasing of the "made up rules" seems slightly off-putting. Just my opinion. It feels like I'm asking a question instead of telling someone not to do something. But, I have nothing else to do currently....so, why not?

As a Killer I have done the Bell thing as Billy. I walked over it from match start till 4 Gens we’re done. The Survivors came over and I nodded a bunch to them while just walking over it a bunch of times... they then joined me in my merry bell ringing.
