Duplicating Offerings

I had 1x Hazy Reagent on one of my survivors. I loaded into a lobby, but the game crashed for somebody, game loaded me back into the main lobby as it does not when there is not 5 people in game. I realized i now had 2 Hazy Reagents in my inventory instead of one (i only had one left, now i had two).

I have tried to duplicate this duplication bug with other offerings with no success with forced ending game during loading, so i'm unsure as to what the "condition" was for the initial duplication.
