    people are saying July 3rd now for PS4 to get the patch, but without official word from BHVR I am not holding my breath.

    It would make sense for the shrine to come back up on July 4 if the update comes out on July 3 for PS4. Shrine normally updates on a Wednesday so that's my guess at least.
