Keep his power as it is now but add this to it as well:
- Start match with 6x powered charges. (In your chainsaw)
- Each charge allows you to completely destroy things, making unusable any window, unused pallet or chest for the whole match. (by your chainsaw)
- Charge is consumed after breaking any of listed things.
- There could be new add-on(s) that would increase number of charges you have OR even allow you to destroy something different as well.

Yes, that's a great idea. Let him destroy the exit gates. Entitled survivors have no right to escape.
