the rework the legion actually deserve
if you plan to not make his power lethal, don't make it so useless and not worth using even if it'S to hit multiple survivors, here's my idea on how it should be and how to make him viable
movement speed 4.6
terror radious 32
FERAL FRENZY:
cooldown reduced to 15 seconds
fatigue is reduced to 3 seconds
can use your power once it's half filled but will increase the fatigue time by 1 second (since you are tired of running and you started running before being able to fully catch your breath)
vaulting speed is the same as it was before the changes
there's collision when vaulting so survivors can't go into you to make you miss your hit
missing a hit while in feral frenzy makes you lose 33% of your power bar instead of going into fatigue
once a survivor has been hit by feral frenzy there's a timer that stops them from mending and doing any other actions (but vaulting and dropping pallets), by default it will be 8 seconds, during those 8 seconds, the survivor cannot mend, so it makes feral frenzy more worth using because survivors literally start mending as soon as you go for another survivor so they BARELY lose time by doing this, so adding that timer will make them lose a little more time and try to find a better place to mend and heal if they wish.
mending still stop the timer BUT if you mend while in the terror radius of the killer it is 25% slower, it makes survivor WANT to get away from you to mend so they lose a little more time, like the doctor who use unnerving presence, snaping out is risky, so making the survivor move away from you also add some benifits to hit survivors with your power
ADD-ONS:
smiley face add-ons:
the effects are given on the first hit of feral frenzy BUT the legion pin, this one will require a second hit.
ruler add-ons:
reduce recharge time by 2.5 seconds and 5 seconds
mischief/sketches add-ons:
remains the same
friendship bracelet/never sleep pills/Susie's mix tape:
increase feral frenzy movement speed by 2.5/4/5%
Julie's/joey's/cold dirt add-ons:
remain the same
nasty/filthy blade add-ons:
slightly/moderately increase the time it take to mend and add 2-4 seconds to the timer mentionned above, DOES NOT STACK
stab wounds study add-on:
if you stay injured after mending there's a small chance you'll have to mend again (5% probability each seconds, similar to when you are working on a gen/healing/sabotaging, it is a random chance it will happen) it will not happen if you are healing/being healed
frank's mix tape add-on:
you can see blood and scratch marks and hitting a survivor with feral frenzy a second time does not cause fatigue, so legion pin would be a good combo (does not recharge the power bar on the second hit)
iridescent button add-on:
remain the same
fuming mix tape add-on:
killer instinct will trigger without having to hit a survivor
this is the changes i would personally love to see for legion
