Missing a skillcheck sometimes causes the gen or hook to not progress for a long time?
I've run into this bug one to many times and it is really annoying and cost me some games
In case your not familiar with the bug sometimes when you miss a skillcheck and get off at the same time it will cause either a gen or a hook to not progress anymore until you miss another skill check and stay on the gen or hook when you do so (At least thats how I fix it)
Any one else run into this?

I have encountered this. It probably has to do with a feature to prevent people from just getting off and then back on, thus bypassing the short period where you're not supposed to be able to progress the interaction.
I just keep the interaction going until there's a small amount of progress and then leave. Doesn't take long.

@Orion I do the same thing but it mostly happens to me when I got off a generator because the killer is coming and I get a skillcheck at the same time or when I do sabotage builds with my friends I have to purposely miss a skill check at the end so it doesent fully break the hook and when I do that it doesent let me progress AT ALL which is really bad

So basically the fix is to waste your time and resources until it kicks in again?
It's unacceptable when you're say using a toolbox for instance to sabo a hook or fix a gen. You are wasting your item.
The bug needs to be properly fixed.

Someone else missed a Healing Skillcheck on me. i was downed, hooked, taken off the hook and then decided to run away and heal myself with a medkit. I was healing myself for ~4 seconds with no progress at all, by that time, the killer had noticed me through Nurse's and downed me again.
