Do you think that's likely or will he just be released one day next week like Ash's rollout?

A PTB for a solo character hasn't happened yet, this would be a first.

    It will be the Chapter 12 PTB, Ghostface is considered the Chapter 12 killer

    In fact.... I'm gonna make a very wild guess here....

    I'm gonna be wrong but nothing like wishing on a shooting star...


    What is this reveal?.. Just to showcase the killer?... Maybe so...

    It is the 3rd anniversary....

    There is all of a sudden licensed cosmetics... which started with Ash (sort of)...

    but what if....

    The Ghost will be a gift to the community...

    Could be an experiment on if you gave out the base licensed killer for free... but had free rain to make allot of paid cosmetic for it.... Would there be the possibility that the amount of sales on the cosmetics over the whole community be worth more that the select few who pay for the licensed killer? Cause only those who buy the killer can buy the cosmetics.

    Probably not. The PTB system definitely has its downsides, so this is probably for the best. Not to mention that lately BHVR can't do anything without leaking all their work, so again, putting out a test build full of future content is probably not the best idea.
