Oh yeah the battle pass whoopie! You know damn well they'll spend like 40 minutes of the stream simply explaining the battle pass and the reason why they did it, 40 minutes talking about switch and ghostface, then if they even decide to do more they'll spend 20 minutes showing how they made the game.

Theres not even that many bugs and 99% of people would rather content then bug fixes lmao yeah let them work out minor bugs while the community gets bored I mean seriously the gap between the Pig and The Clown they took a pretty big hit when it comes it people playing even though they let out some bug fixes

You realize the companies that make the games you play need to make money somehow right?
A live game that has content being pushed out over several years needs to accrue more revenue over that time. The initial cost of the game and the small cost of the DLC is not enough to sustain a game that is continuing to be supported and updated.
The battlepass (if/when it gets implemented) will be an optional purchase, much like several other things in this game. Buy it if you want, or don't. More ways for people to support the company and get value for their support is a good thing. It only becomes an issue if the people who buy things have an advantage over those who don't.

To be honest I much rather the paragraphs then chapters. Chapters are nice and all but evidently it put them under too much pressure to the point were they couldn't fix one updates problems before introducing a new update to only bring in even more problems.
At least this way it gives them more time to fix the game, They did say that maps are getting reworked which will be great for the game, This is probably because they had more time not having to work on a whole chapter, Hopefully sounds are next to get fixed.

I feel like this is a bait thread.
That, or you have less patience than a kinder gardener who is one day away from Christmas. And just assumes it will be terrible.
Let them at the very least show us what they want to show us. For all we know, they just don't want us to know about Sidney coming in, and covering it up. We don't even know if they will do the pass, it could've just been an idea. What makes you think we won't get new amazing cosmetics this year? Let them speak!
Plus, we also are getting map reworks... so there's also that.

A 3 year anniversary is a big deal and should be hyped? You do not need to one up every anniversary and be like "oh last year we released this content.... this year.... lets release DOUBLE that!" They are doing something different for this anniversary.
That this game has been this successful for 3 years it impressive. The stream they are planning, from what they have shown, appears to be very "big". They are building a whole set for it, will most likely have lots of announcements and interviews.
Personally as a member of this games community and avid fan I am looking forward more to this stream than I would be for a chapter release.

I would miss Chapters, but I like that they might switch back to paragraphs as well. It would be nice to get more variety from the survivors and killers, and allow the developers focus on other things. I'm not sure how different projects are specifically divided up. Maybe bug fixers don't work on characters at all, but I'd assume that it would lighten their load when responding to the present glitches/bugs, and then tackling the newer bugs/glitches of the character(s). Then they aren't then balancing two new characters with six new perks and a power constantly. It might speed up the balancing process to focus on less, and then let them actually put out characters NOT together, but more regularly.
I just hope they start calling them paragraphs again, and leave the term chapter for a killer/survivor/map release.

It may not be less content, they might just be releasing the same amount but not all together. It would allow them to work out bugs and fixes a little easier and not have as much to balance.

At the very least we don't have the Freddy rework nor do we have the roadmap. Not everything they announce here is guaranteed to be stuff in the dev build. For example there maybe be more details on things like mettle of man changes, and map changes, and new cosmetics, and changes to ghostfaces power since the dev build we saw (thought I hope they don't change him too much since his power looked awesome) ect ect ect.
We know for a fact that there is at least 1 thing that they will announce that wasn't leaked (freddy). So what's to say there isn't a 2nd thing? Or a 3rd thing? And so on.

Then why were Freddy changes not leaked? The trailer for the stream that included Freddy changes was released not long after that Dev build leak. Which would suggest they have more than just 1 Dev build and the Live build.
