SWF match making should be based on the highest rank level survivor in the lobby to stop survivors carrying there friends to high ranks that they cant handle on there own and just mess up everyone else game and to stop high level survivors from being in the same game as low rank killers as this is not fair to killers who are new to the game or find it hard to rank up as killer.

I agree with this. On top of that, limit duplicate perks so you don't run into a meta build team and punish lobby dodging with wait time so people don't just dodge to get their friends.

You can't control how players play, lol limiting perks is a horrible idea, they payed 20$ for the game they can play how they want.
