Can you carry progress over to the mobile?

I was wondering if you will have to start over on your progress from pc/xbox/playstation if you choose to play on the mobile version?

Mobile seems to have it's own leveling system due to leaks, as well as some other things that might be exclusive to mobile. My guess would be no.
