DBD Nintendo Switch Cross-play Support

I was planning on getting DBD on the switch when it releases and I was wondering if there would be cross-play with xbox or the ability to transfer my progress from xbox to switch. I know information is scarce about this, but I wanted to get people’s opinions.

    I really hope consoles can get cross platform considering we all experience the game the same
