Speed Limiter Idea.
So we all know speed limiter is useless on both billy and bubba. so how about having it significantly decrease charge time. like the same charge of tuning guide and primer bulb combined. allowing you to more easily land a chainsaw without the instadown. maybe combine it with a speed addon to allow for double hits with bubba or really fast map travel with billy. Just a thought.

You go in knowing this. It's for the bloodpoints, nothing else.

50 % for Billy actually. Leatherface gets only 25 % more BP for some reason. I'd make both 200 % more BP or something so it pays off on double BP events at least.

I just thought giving it a practical application outside of just bp (and a small amount of bp at that) would be an interesting idea.
