Why is there a queue for killer?

I thought that the majority of the community agreed that having the killer wait in queue just to host a lobby and wait more was a big NO, yet BHVR suddenly decides to bring this horrible feature back and I'm now spend the majority of my time in queues instead of in actual lobbys. Way to make playing Killer even more unfun BHVR, at this point I might as well just play Solo survivor since things just only seem to be getting worse for killer as of the latest patches.

They probably testing queues time algorithm for both side. Because the dedicated servers will have the same algorithm.
