Can Quick & Quiet have two tokens?

The perk's great at breaking a chase for a brief moment, but it's only a matter of time before the killer patrols the immediate area and realizes where you went. It's not enough time to slowly exit the locker to make a get-away, and quickly exiting the locker just restarts the chase.
