Pig buff idea
What if when successfully landing a hit with the ambush attack, it would apply the Deep Wound status.
The roar warning for the ambush attack plus the time needed to crouch over to someone and charge the attack make using the ambush ineffective, as its more efficient just to stand up and use regular attack. Which is a shame, because the ambush attack feels so wasted, so having it deal extra damage would make up for it’s negatives, and give Pig a little more power which she more than needs?

I don't think this would do much. Deep wounds is a very minor nuisance to deal with. If your chased nothing happens, if the pig leaves you then mend quickly. I guess you could chase crouched, but you move slowly and its harder to keep track of them.

I feel like Deep Wounds is special to Legion, I don't know, that would make her have a even more game slowing potentially, but I don't think it'll happen, crouching could be an issue.

Yeah, I’m not sure then. Mangled perhaps, just SOME reason why anyone would want to use the ambush attack instead of stand + hit. It’s a real shame :(

I also think that ambush attacks should be more rewarded than normal hits. Maybe reduced cooldown?

i mean making it broken status would be certainly worth to use ambush even though its hard 2 pull off

Broken could work nicely. Ambush attacks are time consuming and harder to land because of the warning, broken would be a good reward and motivation.

Yeah that would help for when the ambush misses which it normally does because of how much time survivor has to react.

IMO, having the ambush apply status conditions should be something something an add-on grants as opposed to base kit. I think one way to buff the ambush base kit would be to move the roar to the start of the attack instead of the start of the charge.

Just make ambush attacks deal double damage but ambush attack has 30 seconds cooldown.

Deep wounds can burn in hell with the pesky teens that came with it.

I like the deep wounds effect, but the teens are dying together with freddy in that really low bad tier, just like in his movies :(
