Does the obsession ALWAYS have Decisive Strike IF they don't pick it as a perk prior to the match?
None of the 4 survivors load into a match with DS, one becomes the Obsession for the Shape.....do they just get the 5th perk?

Of course it is! I never run DS but sometimes end up being the obsession

I said that, yes. Just sarcastically, sorry if it made it harder to get the true meaning, my bad. Answer is no, you do not need D-strike. ANY obsession perk will cause an obession

Killer perks can also make an obsession. Like remember me, and all of myers’ perks. It picks the guy with the most obsession perks, and if no one has one, it’s random then. Imagine remember me NOT WORKING because no one picked d-strike
