Fan chapter: Jeepers creepers

The creeper
Flight.
-Quick and deadly, the Creeper can charge his power to fly upon his victims. -Short charge: flies very high and can't see anything, except for auras. Ignores walls, collision and becomes very fast. -Medium charge: flies at medium height and can see survivors and such. Still ignores walls. He is moderately faster. Can't go through doors. Can do a flying attack, that if missed leaves him stunned. -Long charge: flies at low height. Ignores low walls and pallets. Can go through doors. Can try to grab a survivor and throw the survivor. If the survivor lands on the ground takes normal damage, if the survivor hits another survivor the thrown survivor goes to dying state and the other is injured.
What's Eating You?
Everybody you claim makes you stronger. For each dead/sacrificed Survivor, the creeper gains increased movement speed when in a chase.
Scent of Fear
You become obsessed with one survivor. You can see your obsession's scratch trails for certain amount seconds longer, and the cooldown/charge time of your Killer Power is decreased by a certain amount as long as the obsession is alive. Your obsession's movement speed is increased by a certain amount.
Hex - Horrific Lair
A Hex rooting its power in despair. The Basement is your lair, and you know everything that happens down there. Survivor's healing and searching speed when in the Basement is decreased by a certain amount, unhooking from the basement takes certain amount longer, and Survivor auras in the basement are revealed after certain amount of seconds.

Always a step before the killer, you know who’s the object of his desire.
Whenever the obsession is being chased, the killer’s aura will be revealed to you. The aura reading will continue for a few seconds after the chase is finished.
Decreases the chance to be the killer’s obsession.
He’s looking at you
Warding off the killer’s focused target will be a beacon of hope for others.
Whenever you’re close to the obsession, you and all the survivors within a certain range will have increased action speed.
Decreases the chance to be the killer’s obsession.
Save you You can take one for the team, especially if it means slowing down the killer. Whenever you take a hit for the Obsession, Save You will activate, making the killer’s cooldown last longer and deactivating his perks for a certain amount of time.
Decreases the chance to be the killer’s obsession.

I have to say you and your team did an amazing job, but unfortunately The Creeper will never come to Dead by Daylight
The reason to why is because the one who holds the license is a convicted pedophile
So unless the license goes to someone else the devs won't give him any money
