Good doctor build for red ranks?
I was thinking about bbq, ruin, distressing, coulrophobia ? or should i replace distressing and coulrophobia with spirit fury and enduring?

I bet it's ez for red rank survivors to hit the overcharge + unnerving presence skillcheck, plus i won't have those sweety bbq stacks to get more bloodpoints.

i personally run BBQ, Sloppy Butcher, Bloodwarden and Discordance.
as Add Ons i recommend Restraint and Moldy Electrode.
now all you need to do is getting the timing of your shock therapy right and he can be extremely fun to play.
also, dont run around in your treatment mode all the time. your 5% slower while using it, just saying...

Don't. Playing doctor at red ranks is painful. He needs the delay between switching stances lowered. It's the only thing holding him back from being good.

Either Ruin, BBQ, Enduring, and Spirit Fury or a gen stopper build (Unnerving, Overcharge, Huntress Lullaby, and Ruin/Distressing). I use BBQ, Unnerving, Overcharge, and Distressing even at red ranks and I manage to succeed, however it's definitely a challenge.
Don't forget about his abysmal base shock range. It is ridiculously small. His movement speed while charging the shock might need a buff too (I can't remember if it's 87% or 100%).

Stbfl, enduring, ruin and spirit fury. Not sure how you play doc but i find shock should only be used to deny a pallet or vault. There is little to no value shocking a target to madness 3. It eats too much time and costs you far too much gens.

You dont need BBQ on Doctor unless you want Blood points (nor any aura reading perk for the matter), he is a survivor detector himself, its better to save perk slots for the ones that help in chases or enhance his passive/stalling power.

Yeah. In red green ranks you have to SWEAT hard to just get 2 kills, let alone 3 or 4... You're screwed if you make even two misplays or mess up more than two chases because he lacks mobility options.
I miss the days of Nurse's Calling working with survivors trying to get out of Madness 3.
I wouldn't be opposed to his shock range being longer at default going from 9m to 12m but also adjusting the addons that increase his shock range. You could make this fair by having the last 3m of his shock range not causing 2.5 seconds of flinching, but it would still apply madness.
I'd also like for survivors not to be able to stand in front of Doctor and avoid the shock because that's really dumb. If anything, being that close should count as being shocked twice.
His movement speed is 110% in treatment mode. That's hag/huntress movement speed, so yeah, pretty slow. I can't find his stats on his movement speed when shocking, but he's probably moving at around nurse speed, or possibly slower than that. That's really bad, killers shouldn't give up movement speed for a non-lethal effect. It's why he's a joke of a killer in red ranks.
Assuming you're playing against competent players in red ranks, the only honestly viable build with doctor would be the poor man's Michael stealth build. Just get everyone to Madness 2 then just punishment mode rest of the game with a 16m terror radius.
On a side note, I just realized with Furtive Chase and two Calm addons, you can give Doctor a 4m terror radius while in chase, lmao.
