Hitbox Hotfix?

Can we get some sort of hitbox hotfix since survivors perks are getting more and more balanced to be 100% situational..the changing perks is whatever, but it isn't fun to play survivor the more they change our perks and leave hitboxes the way they are. I know "dedicated servers" is apparently the fix..which I really don't see since they were a mess on PTB..but can we get something sooner to fix the issue? nerf the perks all you want but i dont want to get hit completely through a window or palette anymore..

    vaulting nerf hit harder than I thought, especially with those hitboxes...

    Dedicated Servers wont fix anything.
