What are those red marks? Can someone explain it to me?

    The circle appears clockwise around the HUD's player icons while The Ghost Face is stalking you.

    When the circle completes and turns red, that Survivor is Exposed, and can be downed in 1 hit. You can stop him from Exposing by locking your camera onto him for a short time, but looking back may impede your ability to get away.
