ghostface and aura reading perks

why is none talking about this especially when every game i play against at least 2 OoO users i just want to try ghostface but i can't because his power is hard countered by 1 perk i try to ignore them but if i do they just follow me and end my power turning me into a m1 killer have the devs even acknowledged this?
and they are already nefing him and he has been out less than a week its like freddy all over again i wish they would take a page out of the dead gardens devs book they know how to balance
